Promoted by Lou DiBella, the 27-year-old Berto has been mentioned by Top Rank CEO Bob Arum as a consideration for WBO welterweight and WBC junior middleweight (154 pounds) king Manny Pacquiao' (52-3-2, 38 KOs). Berto also wants WBA junior middleweight king Miguel Cotto (35-2, 28 KOs).
