Anderson Silva has tough sparring session to get ready for Belfort

UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva faced a difficult opponent at the UFC 126 open workout on Thursday. His 12-year-old son Kalyl got his licks in on his dad, getting him ready to face someone with (presumably) more punching power, Vitor Belfort.

With Silva being one of the best fighters in the world who can come off as ornery and stand-offish, it's nice to see him just be a regular father who wrestles around with his son. Of course, when my father wrestled around with my brother, there was little danger of a perfect arm bar happening. That's not so with the Silva family.

Thanks to the Canadian Press.
